We cannot guarantee refunds or return requests will be accepted on any items. But if you contact us at adarabooks.shop@gmail.com, we may be able to replace the item(s) that are unsatisfactory.
If you made a purchase and realized your ordered the wrong quantity or wrong variation of an item, please contact us at adarabooks.shop@gmail.com as soon as you can (preferably within 24 hours of the purchase) so we can sort it out and make what ever corrections possible. If we are able to issue a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at adarabooks.shop@gmail.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Lost mail and damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeline for the shipping method used, please contact us at adarabooks.shop@gmail.com so that we can help to make sure that you get your items.
